I love this scene, when Tyler, walking Ally and the giant panda to their taxi, dives in for a kiss, is rejected by Ally, and then tells her...

So, dessert first in case of asteroids, yes. But kissing a guy you seem at least somewhat attracted to before riding off into the unknown New York night alongside a panda you’ve only just met, no?

J'adore cette scène, quand Tyler, raccompagnant Ally et son panda géant en peluche jusqu'à leur taxi, tente de lui  voler un baiser, est rejeté, et lui dit alors:



Alors, le dessert en premier, c'est oui. Mais  embrasser un mec qui a l'air quand même au moins de te plaire avant de disparaître dans l'inconnu et dans la nuit à New York, aux côtés d'un panda que tu viens à peine de rencontrer, c'est non?

Aux yeux du monde, chaque disparu des attentats du 11 septembre n'est qu'un nom parmi tant d'autres, se dissolvant dans la masse des chiffres anonymes. Mais pour chacun de ceux qui ont perdu un être cher ce jour-là, c'est le monde entier qui s'est écroulé.
Cette nouvelle création de  @Creationjulesexprime à la perfection ce que nous apporte Remember Me : nous faire vivre, au niveau personnel et individuel, une tragédie collective, au travers du chagrin d'une famille ordinaire. 
 

To the world, each person who was lost on 9/11 is in a way, only a name among many others, blurred in the sheer mass of anonymous numbers. But for each of those who lost a loved one on that morning, the whole world crashed down when their loved one was killed.
This new creation by @Creationjules sums up so perfectly what Remember Me gives us: the movie shows us the personal, individual face of a collective tragedy, through the loss endured by an ordinary family.
